• They may not be copied, modified, distributed or exploited commercially without our written permission.

5. Affiliate links

The Idealabs platform takes part in affiliate marketing programmes, including TikTok Shop. Some products and services may carry affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them.

We are not responsible for the content, quality or service of any third party. Transactions made through those links are concluded directly between you and the supplier.

6. Payments and commissions

• You agree to provide accurate payment details in order to receive commissions or to pay for the service.
• Idealabs may withhold, adjust or refuse a payment where fraud or a breach of these Terms is identified.

7. Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for loss arising from service interruptions, technical faults or third-party content.
• You use external links at your own risk.

8. Termination and suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account if we identify a breach of these Terms, fraud, or conduct that harms the system or our partners.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be published publicly. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
